This look was one I've had in my head for a while! I had the khaki pencil skirt and then I purchased the  cute black flowy top (I'm not sure what you would call it). I actually found the top in the swim suit section, but I totally knew it would work with a black tank under it! 

Then I found these amazing shoes at callitspring.com and fell in love! Tossed in a cute necklace and Voila! Outfit made!
